TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
The volume of the safety blood transport box should be 5 liters. (Gross 7 lt)
External dimensions: 30 x 23 x 25 cm. Internal dimensions: 17 x 15 x 15 cm
The weight of the safe blood transfusion bag is 3.150 grams with ice packs.
It should be a RASTTEC brand digital thermometer on the cover or body and extending the probe into the box.
Thanks to the digital thermometer, the internal temperature of the Blood transport boxes can be monitored.
There should be at least 3 separate separator systems in the box that prevent the contact of blood products and ice packs and provide rapid cooling.
Separators should have perforated air ducts to ensure air circulation.
The cover separator in the cover must have cover fasteners and be suitable for ice pack charging.
The cover separator must be manufactured from unbreakable original raw material and with plastic injection technique.
The separators should be fixed to the cover or body with stainless fasteners.
The blood box should be capable of going below 8 degrees in 5 minutes.
The internal temperature of the blood box should be kept in the range of 2-8 degrees for 21 hours.
There should be 1 locking system, self-opening should be prevented.
The product must have a stainless steel lock that allows it to be locked or sealed.
The steel lock must be spring loaded and have a perforated tongue to be sealed.
The product should be able to be carried both in the hand and on the shoulder. Shoulder belt should be adjustable.
For each bag, 4 extra ice packs of the same brand as the bag should be given free of charge.
Safety blood transport box ice packs should be gelled and hard to dissolve.
There should be safety warning texts on the label.
The color of the carrying case must be blue, red or orange.
The inside and outside of the blood transport bag should be made of hard plastic.
The inner surface of the blood transport box should be smooth and easy to clean with disinfectants.
